I’m a dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant. My journey in the medical field began 15 1/2 years ago, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling path that has allowed me to make meaningful contributions to the well-being of patients while honing my skills in a fast-paced environment.  Before becoming a  certified medical assistant I began my passion by helping other in my family and working for a company as a PCA (patient care assistant) in the homes of other people. 

 

From the outset of my career, I had the privilege to work alongside my mother, who has been an inspiration and a mentor. She embarked on her healthcare journey in 2012, and I have had the opportunity to collaborate with her since the very beginning. This partnership not only solidified my passion for healthcare/ in Homecare but also instilled in me the values of compassion and dedication that are essential in this field.

 

In 2021, I took a bold step to further my commitment to healthcare by starting my own business. This venture allows me to expand my impact within the community while continuing to uphold the high standards and personalized care that I learned from my mother. My aim is to create an environment where clients feel valued and supported, ensuring that their in Homecare experiences are both positive and empowering.

 

Throughout my career, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that includes client assessment, and administrative duties. I excel in managing patient care, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations. My experience has equipped me to handle a variety of scenarios, from routine examinations to assisting in complex medical procedures, to now assisting elderly client in their homes. 

 

My passion comes from the legacy that was set before me. My grandmothers and my mother was always willing to help others. The name of my business comes from my grandmother, Estelle Hawkins, who passed in  July of 2017.  My goal was to set the tone and pattern that will allow her legacy to live on through the rest of my lifetime. I am also passionate about continuing education and staying abreast of the latest developments in the healthcare field. I believe that ongoing learning is paramount in providing the best care to clients.

 

As I look to the future, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. I remain committed to serving my community and supporting my clients while they try to remain in their homes. I understand the importance of building trust and rapport, and I strive to be an advocate for those I serve, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care possible.

 

My experiences as a Certified Medical Assistant, combined with my entrepreneurial spirit, have shaped me into a compassionate and skilled in Homecare provider. I am proud to carry on the legacy of my  grandmothers and my mother while paving the way for my own contributions to the in Homecare industry. I look forward to the continued growth of my business and the positive impact I can make in the lives of my clients  and the community at large.
